"My kids get on the bus at 8:05 am. I am usually at my desk no later than 8:30. I know that in order for me to leave work at 2:45, I must be productive and very organized so the last fifteen minutes of my day are spent planning the next day. My employer knows that when needed, I will take work home though as I am driven to prove that I can be more productive and valuable to my employer, that rarely happens. My boss gives me the flexibility of coming in on my own time in the evenings or weekends. I love my job but more importantly, I feel I am enhancing my career without compromising my number one priority of being a mom and being there for my family"
